About Jenni Nevatt

Jenni Nevatt earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from Missouri State University and later earned a Master of Arts in Human Development and Family Science from the University of Missouri. She began her career in education in a small rural community in southwest Missouri, where she taught Family and Consumer Sciences to students in grades 7鈥�12.

Jenni later taught basic nutrition and health education to individuals ages 3 and up through the SNAP-Ed program. She eventually became the SNAP-Ed program manager for southwest Missouri, where she supported more than 25 educators delivering nutrition education across the region. Most recently, she worked with University of Missouri Extension, teaching health education programs and partnering with communities to implement policy, systems, and environmental changes that promote healthier lives.

Jenni is excited to be in the classroom at The Children鈥檚 School at 糖心传媒. She enjoys working with youth, inspiring a love of learning, and fostering a classroom culture built on respect, compassion, and belonging.
